I have the honour to forward copy of a letter which I have received from the Local Auditor, and to state that should His Excellency the Administrator desire the course to be pursued which the Local Auditor directs, it is quite practicable.

The drawback to it is that it occasions a certain amount of additional circumlocution and much making.
